The note on the 1st page says to start with the initial contents of the
registers each time before executing the instructions. Is this really what
they want? Each instruction to be executed individually as if each one is
the 1st to be executed? This seems a little odd...Is this what all of you
are getting from this?

I haven't completed the assignment yet but I took the directions to be that
the instructions are executed as a sequence.....For example, TBA is executed
with the initial contents, CLRA is executed with the contents after TBA is
executed, etc......I could be wrong though....

Thanks. That does make the most sense, but it sure isn't worded that way.

I'm pretty sure we are to perform each instruction given the original
register values. We are not supposed to execute the instructions as if
they were in a program, but to treat each instruction as an individual
homework problem given initial register values. That's what I got out
of the instructions.
